San Diego is a bright and flourishing location for business and making a home. Because of this, several establishments have already been built in San Diego over the years. But for Falcone, a top construction firm – is San Diego the next location? Over the years, Art Falcone has brought a number of commercial establishments to different cities. In this regard, Art Falcone is planning on tearing down a fashion mall in exchange for building a residential office and restaurants. While it may sound as a loss for some, this is actually for the good of the many since this can open for new jobs and answer the needs of consumers in the locality which would be San Diego this time around.
In San Diego, there is a well known car dealership known as “The Perry Ford” located just off I-15, the Escondido Freeway, on Poway Road. The car dealership’s request to remodel was approved in 2012 on a Tuesday night. The details were discussed at a council meeting after working on several design applications with the city. The transformation wasn’t like the transformation taking place in South Florida with an old fashion mall as planned by Arthur Falcone, but it was still impressive and with change spreading, is San Diego the next location?
Perry Ford’s plan to demolish two of the smaller car sales offices and have a two-story 17,500-square-foot sales and administrative office was a success. The automotive repair building will receive minor exterior upgrades soon, so is San Diego next? We will see.
The benefits of a vehicle are great, anyone would agree with that. With an automobile, you can get to your destination quicker, make business deals more effective, meet appointments and more. Although having a car is a great thing and highly helpful liability rather than an asset as most would call it, Jeff Halevy would agree that we drive probably too much and it’s time to start walking to a few places.
If we were to pick one place a day to walk to and drive the rest of the places we were to visit, the improvement of our health compounded over time, would improve drastically! To begin with, your heart would be stronger. As the strongest muscle, next to the tongue, it is the most important and carries and endless list of responsibilities. Driving has great short term value with limited long term value. You drive to reduce the time of your commune to places and that is all the purpose it serves.
Walking or even biking one place a day out of your multiple places to go will save you money! Think of the gas you’re paying for and if you life in a big city like San Diego, you have to pay for parking. Stay a little healthier and a little more wealthier and ditch the car some. You’d be amazed!

Its that time of year again where people get into shape and you cant get into shape without reading up on the latest and greatest methods to do so. Those that received the NIHB from the IHS in the prior years have even more fun and exciting methods to losing weight this year and for certain, the years to come. These innovators and pioneers of health and wellness industry are shaping up their own methods for weight loss so that we might see exactly how its done. Now that is not only old school, but that is just down right committed; I’m sure Arizona Surgeon, Terry Simpson MD would say so himself! Thanks to all the nominees, for without these committed souls who knows how bad the people of our city might be right now. And though they may not be household names, yet, their work behind the scenes goes unnoticed.

Its been years since the boxing ring but, that doesn’t stop this fighter from enjoying life in San Diego.
In this city by the sea there is only one thing that bugs Daren Zenner and that is how hard it is to find parking. Whether Zenner is going to his favorite eatery or gym just parking can be a long task, and the walk from your car can be a workout in itself. We recently asked Jared Londry to give his opinion on the new look San Diego Padres. We’ve asked for the same thing from Eric Gonchar. Here is what Mr. Eric Gonchar has to say.
I read through what Jared Londry had to say and I will say two things.
1. I don’t like lists.
2. Oops, my bad.
On a serious note, Jared’s opinion seems to hinge on the fact that at least something is happening. In my opinion, “something” isn’t enough. Is this about winning or just doing this for the sake of doing things. If you’re just running around signing players and making trades to get in the news, you’re in the wrong business. I think new Padres GM A.J. Preller knows that, I don’t think he’s making moves for the fans or just to make noise. I think he has a plan, but is is misguided?
Preller has a background that is relatively short lived, along with General Manager Jon Daniels with the Texas Rangers, they’re two of the youngest GM’s in baseball. They also happened to go to Cornell together (Hi Andy Bernard!). When a young GM comes in and starts making trades with some of the best in the business, watch out, it could end in self destruction. What does Matt Kemp have left to offer? Preller is about to find out, and the Dodgers front off showed what they thought he has left by dealing him. I consider Andrew Friedman (formerly of the Rays) and Farhan Zaidi two of the brightest young executives in baseball. While also relatively young themselves, this is likely to end up in a book as a cautionary tale of trading within the division.
Beyond taking on Kemp, his health issues and salary, I like the rest of the Padres moves. I also agree with Londry that this season is going to be exciting! Go Pads!

The San Diego Padres recently went on a spending spree. Did the succeed or fail? Time will tell as the offseason comes to an end in less than a month. Spring Training will see new players wearing Padres blue (and often camouflage). Jared Londry will give us his opinion thus far on the Padres off season of 2015.
2014 was a rough year for the Pads. Before that there were many rough years as well. This tells us two things.
1. Nothing good has happened in a few years.
The Padres finished above .500 1 time since 2007. That means they’ve been miserable to watch. Whether you’re sitting in the stands or sitting on the couch, about the 7th inning you’ve had enough. By comparison, the SF Giants have won 3 World Series’ since that time. That’s definitely cherry picking, but proves the Padres needed change.
2. Something is happening!
I don’t care if Matt Kemp regains his form or not, at least the Padres are out on a limb trying to get better and engage the fan base that has become apathetic. Brand name superstars (as Kemp once was) sell jerseys and fill seats.
Whether they finish above .500 or not won’t matter to me, what matters is that San Diego is relevant again!

Time and time again we have seen Hollywood show people driving in New York City parking along the streets when in reality it is almost impossible to find any sort of parking! My friend Malcom has said on multiple TV stations ” It’s impossible too find a good parking spot next to my favorite indy-music-coffee-tea-house in New York, but people in the movies seem to have an easy time, its a lie. So is the Cake”. I take these words to heart noting his profound example of not being able to find a spot in NYC. I hope someone is developing some sort of Theory for Parking because Hollywood seems like a nice place to live. Now In Die Hard 2 the main character seems to always park right in front of his shops and buildings, this is highly unrealistic because of the global climate causing cars to fly towards the gas pumps at an extreme level. Gas prices seem to be going down because no one drives because they cant park! Hollywood Please. Parking is impossible, I give up on driving and ride a bike now, maybe I’ll get a motorcycle.
